Real Estate Photography in Houston
Lately there has been quite a buzz about Real Estate Photography and the benefits of hiring a professional photographer as opposed to an Agent taking point and shoot images to post in MLS and to perhaps create a brochure of the property. Photography is about being able to capture or create the proper lighting, include elements, staging the shot, and to give it depth and appeal to the home buyer. Personally sometimes post-processing such as High Dynamic Range Photography or HDR can enhance an image too well and in turn create a false image that could be negative once the potential buyer views the home for his or herself. If toned properly however an HDR image can really produce a creative image that show more what the human eye can see.
